Gazpacho

The gazpacho at Grayson’s cafe at the Science Museum took the edge off today’s midday heat. Very cool, very tomato-pepper chunky, very fresh.

  3. The other direction… thick & chunky salsa. But also a little different b/c not only is it cold, the veggies & herbs used are also cooling, more than you would find in salsa. Let’s make some!
